Side effects of Tamsulosin:

Interactions Tamsulosin 0.4:
Concomitant use with other alpha 1-blockers can lead to increased hypotensive effect. Cimetidine enhances and furosemide lowers blood concentrations, diclofenac, and warfarin increase the rate of excretion.
Overdose Tamsulosin 0.4:
Symptoms: possible acute hypotension.
Treatment: giving the patient lying position, the introduction of plasma-solution or vasoconstrictor drugs; to stop sucking – gastric lavage, taking activated charcoal or osmotic laxatives.
Dosing and Administration Tamsulosin 0.4:
inside (after breakfast, drinking plenty of water) to Tamsulosin 0.4 mg / day.
Precautions Tamsulosin 0.4:
Before starting treatment it is necessary to verify the diagnosis (to exclude carcinoma of the prostate gland).
With careful use with the predisposition to orthostatic hypotension, marked hepatic dysfunction and Cl creatinine below 10 ml / min. If signs of orthostatic hypotension (dizziness, weakness) the patient is recommended to lay or sit down.
Be wary of during the drivers of vehicles and people, a profession which is associated with increased concentration.
